This beautifully asymmetrical and organic and textured carafe celebrates our DIY ingenuity — it’s blown from a mold designed by gaffer Adamm Curry out of discarded bike chain welded together in a sinuous form. When blown, it takes on a plumpness that demands to be swung and pulled. We pull a delicate beak and pinch eyes to drive home the delightful likeness to pheasants, quail, or the mythical backwoods Snipe. This piece comes out idiosyncratically each time with its creamy beige opaline color with pulled, struck dark brown pin feathers.
